Like you, when traveling I would like to make sure that what I'm booking is close to my expectations. So here it is, an honest review about how and why this place is awesome :
Villa Lavani is built on almost 150 m2 of land. The very spacious private Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, so it's the perfect place for couple who need SPECIOUS space or small group of family or friends!
The spotless clean property is one of our main concern. We work very hard to provide you clean and cozy accommodation. Our linen is always fresh for every new guest, and it has similar quality with the 5* hotels.
Villa Lavani is located around 20 minutes to Central Ubud. It's very close to all main attractions. The Villa has 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living room, kitchen, veranda, and private pool. Villa Lavani Ubud offers you a 5* getaway for an affordable price!
TRAVELING WITH A SMALL GROUP or COUPLE?
Are you traveling with small group of family or friend? Or are you a couple who looking for a SPECIOUS place to spend your vacation in Ubud? If yes, then this place is for you. What you will get is the entire house, which consists of 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a super king bed (2x2m). Both bedrooms have large windows, equipped with AC and each bathroom is with hot water BUTH TUB or shower.
LOVE TO COOK?
If you'd like to cook during your stay in Ubud, feel free to use the kitchen to cook up a storm when you're staying in our villa. Our in-house staff could also help you with the grocery.
HERE FOR THE PEACEFUL, TRANQUIL SIDE OF UBUD?
If you're looking to avoid Ubud's overcrowded, noisy, buses-infested and touristy downtown, then this place is just right. Located around 20 minutes of the famous Monkey Forest Sanctuary (the center of Ubud), this villa is nestled in a quiet little village, away from the hustle and bustle.
SOME OTHER PERKS:
- FOOD DELIVERY: Gojek (An app for motorbike taxi) can deliver to our house. This means that you could order food from (almost) every restaurant in Ubud, have it delivered and enjoy it at the comfort of our villa.
- SWIMMING POOL: A vacation won't be perfect without one, right?
The villa is located only around 20 minutes from the Ubud Center, yet it is very quiet and tranquil.
The villa is close to many attractions in Bali. The Tegallalang rice fields, The Monkey forest, Bali Zoo, Ubud Palace, are within few minutes drive only.
Feel free to use the private pool, kitchen, living area, veranda and car park. Make this your second home! Our friendly staff is happy to help you with anything you need. There is a car park for car and scooter. If needed a pick up service from the airport can be provided at cheaper price than the airport's taxi.
I don't live in the villa, so you won't meet me during your stay. Our manager will welcome you personally upon your check in. Our villa staffs will come every day to clean the villa - wash the dishes, and to check everything is perfectly working for you. We all live nearby the villa, and always easily reached anytime through the phone.
Our pool is 6.5m x 2.5m and 0.4 to 1.4 meter depth and normally we have no fence installed around the pool. If you are traveling with small children, please be very carefully. Pool fence can be installed with some charges.
A local breakfast can be provided every morning (optional at IDR 75k).

November 2025The villa look exactly like photos. Daily housekeeping also provided which is very rare and the host is very attentive. I am happy with the cleanliness of the villa and complete ammenities. Check in was also very easy. The only thing i would like to note is access from main road is very narrow until villa location. it's only sized for one car but used as two way lane and thus quite challenging to access. However, it's only short distance and minor concern. The villa itself is 5 star gem that i will recommend for pleasant stay in ubud

October 2025We had a great time! The communication was excellent and needs were met immediately :) Whatever questions we had were responded to very quickly! The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s a 15-20 min ride to the center of Ubud ! Accommodation was clean and spacious :)

September 2025Mooie schone villa! Grote ruimte en mooie zwembad. We kwamen hier erg tot rust ,omdat de omgeving rustig is. Je hebt dus geen last van overlast hier wat wij erg fijn vonden. Verder ook vriendelijk personeel.

July 2025We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad in de villa. Alles was schoon en mooi in orde. De kuisploeg was vriendelijk en kwam elke dag langs, wat we erg waardeerden. Als we een bericht stuurden, kregen we snel antwoord en werd er meteen geholpen als we iets nodig hadden. De villa was mooi en comfortabel. Al met al een fijne ervaring!

July 2025Great place to stay outside Ubud. You can use Gojek for translation if you don’t have a vehicle. Keep in mind that there are not many restaurants within walking distance, but most restaurants will deliver. There is a great coffee tasting business with walking distance, and a breakfast place called Moss. There is also a nice gym within walking distance. Breakfast delivery is also easy to arrange through the Villa staff. We had a few Gojek drivers cancel pickup because we were outside the city, but we usually picked up a different driver within a few minutes.

May 2025We really enjoyed our stay here, we were with a 1 & 4 year old so wanted something with a pool but also a safe place to roam away from the pool area, this place was perfect for us as it has a lot to space for our kids with lockable doors to the pool (unlike a lot of places in Bali that are open plan). Cleaning was good and was done upon request, it actually has minimal ants and lizards compared to a lot of other Villas in Bali. There is a walkable cafe and gym (Boom gym) but it’s probably best to have a scooter when staying here.
