Like you, when traveling I would like to make sure that what I'm booking is close to my expectations. So here it is, an honest review about how and why this place is awesome :
Villa Lavani is built on almost 150 m2 of land. The very spacious private Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, so it's the perfect place for couple who need SPACIOUS space or small group of family or friends!
The spotless clean property is one of our main concern. We work very hard to provide you clean and cozy accommodation. Our linen is always fresh for every new guest, and it has similar quality with the 5* hotels.
Lavani Villa is located around 20 minutes to Central Ubud. It's very close to all main attractions. The Villa has 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living room, kitchen, veranda, and private pool. Lavani Villa Ubud offers you a 5* getaway for an affordable price!
TRAVELING WITH A SMALL GROUP or COUPLE?
Are you traveling with small group of family or friend? Or are you a couple who looking for a SPECIOUS place to spend your vacation in Ubud? If yes, then this place is for you. What you will get is the entire house, which consists of 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a super king bed (2x2m). Both bedrooms have large windows, equipped with AC and each bathroom is with hot water BUTH TUB or shower.
LOVE TO COOK?
If you'd like to cook during your stay in Ubud, feel free to use the kitchen to cook up a storm when you're staying in our villa. Our in-house staff could also help you with the grocery.
HERE FOR THE PEACEFUL, TRANQUIL SIDE OF UBUD?
If you're looking to avoid Ubud's overcrowded, noisy, buses-infested and touristy downtown, then this place is just right. Located around 20 minutes of the famous Monkey Forest Sanctuary (the center of Ubud), this villa is nestled in a quiet little village, away from the hustle and bustle.
SOME OTHER PERKS:
- FOOD DELIVERY: Gojek (An app for motorbike taxi) can deliver to our house. This means that you could order food from (almost) every restaurant in Ubud, have it delivered and enjoy it at the comfort of our villa.
- SWIMMING POOL: A vacation won't be perfect without one, right?
The villa is located only around 20 minutes from the Ubud Center, yet it is very quiet and tranquil.
The villa is close to many attractions in Bali. The Tegallalang rice fields, The Monkey forest, Bali Zoo, Ubud Palace, are within few minutes drive only.
Feel free to use the private pool, kitchen, living area, veranda and car park. Make this your second home! Our friendly staff is happy to help you with anything you need. There is a car park for car and scooter. If needed a pick up service from the airport can be provided at cheaper price than the airport's taxi.
I don't live in the villa, so you won't meet me during your stay. Our manager will welcome you personally upon your check in. Our villa staffs will come every day to clean the villa - wash the dishes, and to check everything is perfectly working for you. We all live nearby the villa, and always easily reached anytime through the phone.
There will be one cell phone with local number provided for you with our staffs and manager's phone number installed. You can contact us easily anytime.
Our pool is 6.5m x 2.5m and 0.4 to 1.4 meter depth and normally we have no fence installed around the pool. If you are traveling with small children, please be very carefully. Pool fence can be installed with some charge.
A local breakfast is provided every morning (optional). This consists of bread, butter, jam, egg, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and tea. We respect our guest's privacy. Every morning we will prepare the breakfast for our guests only with their permission (optional).

October 2025Very nice stay for 3 friends, host on Airbnb was lovely and responsive but the actual villa company didn’t get back to us about early check in. There was construction nearby but not too early or late. One of the aircons did randomly leak a bunch of water one night, but host said maintenance would fix it right away! FYI there is a beautiful and friendly orange cat that lives around the villa, he was such a sweetie!

October 2025Nous sommes venus en vacances à trois dans cette villa. Le lieu est magnifique, paisible, et très propre. Mais le meilleur est vraiment l’hôte ainsi que le personnel en charge de la Villa. Je n’ai honnêtement jamais été aussi bien accueilli!! Nous avons même eu un soucis dans notre séjour que l’hôte a réglé très rapidement! Vraiment très aidant et gentil! Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation lors de notre prochain séjour à Ubud.

Villa is located in a small compound with other managed villas- feeling of safety. Would 100% recommend this host and property.

August 2025I love the place. It was very clean and spacious. Facilities were very complete and clean as well. Host and staff were really nice, communicative, and super accommodating. Although the place was quite difficult to be found at first, It is very close with the central of ubud and there is no issue once we know the way. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and would recommend to everyone who want to have a pleasant stay in ubud.

August 2025Everything was amazing. Especially the communication! Dani was clear and responsive in a timely matter, so great host. It was an average of a 30min drive to majority of our activities but wasn’t a big deal as the Grab rides are very cheap (Avg $5-$15NZD). Otherwise it was always nice to come back to a quiet area after a busy day. Cleaning and laundry services were also very efficient! Pool was nice and clean aswell!

July 2025Die Unterkunft war super. Sehr stylisch, sauber und die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Leider wurden wir nicht auf die Baustelle hingewiesen und die Zisterne für die Wasseraufbereitung war recht laut, sodass unsere Kleine gelegentlich Probleme mit dem Einschlafen hatte. Ansonsten können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

It was clean, quiet, beautiful , and modern. beautiful open air shower and bath was a unique experience. the grab food drivers had no trouble locating this place and food were delivered quickly. AC worked great, too. We just couldn't wait to get back to the Villa everyday.

June 2025Dani und ihr Team sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell. Die Unterkunft war sauber und geräumig, gute Klimaanlage und es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit Dani und ihrem Team war außergewöhnlich gut. Sie sind unsere Anforderungen immer nachgekommen. Ins Zentrum von Ubud haben wir uns ein Grab genommen und je nach Verkehr hat es 20-30 min. gedauert. Leider konnten wir den Pool gar nicht so genießen, wie wir wollten. Am Nachmittag war es sehr schattig am Pool (dafür könnte Dani nichts) und die Bean Bags waren leider verdreckt in einem Raum verstaut wurden, sodass wir die gar nicht benutzt haben. Auf der Bettwäsche waren - bei den vergangenen Bewertungen beschrieben - leider Flecken. Zusammengefasst jedoch muss ich sagen, dass die Unterkunft ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat.

May 2025Logement éloigné de tout donc comptez ±20-50' en voiture mais vous serez au calme (sauf si vos voisins sont bruyant). Les baies vitrées ne sont pas hermétique donc des insectes peuvent entrer mais à part ça tout est conforme. le personnel est très réactif ils viennent nettoyer la villa tout les jours. Mais si vous voulez laissez la clim allumer lors de vos sorties ils les coupent. Pensez à prendre des prises à moustique avec vous ! Je recommande si vous voulez passer un séjour bien au calme, il y a la sécurité qui fait des rondes autour des villas. les linges de lits sont tachés mais ils sont propres car ils les changes tout les jours. quand je suis arrivée ma chambre était sale j'ai prévenu par message et leur personnel est venu de suite pour nettoyer.

May 2025Öncelikle Denpasar’a gece indik. Dani’ye bizi havaalanından alması için villayı bilen bir şoför ayarlayabilme imkanı var mı diye sorduk ve ayarlayacağını söyledi. Bizi alan şoför villanın yerini bilmiyordu. Evin etrafında dönüp durduk. 4 kişilik villada bizim kaldığımız odanın çarşafları temiz değildi. Kötü kokuyordu. Biz söyledikten sonra hemen değiştirdiler. Dani ve ekibi çok ilgili. Ama maalesef bazı aksaklıklar yaşandı. Herhangi bir sorun olduğunda Dani’nin ekibi hemen problemi çözmekte çok iyilerdi. Villayı uzatmak isteğimizde bize diğer villayı hemen ayarladılar ve bütün eşyalarımızı taşıdılar. Ona daha yüksek puan vermeyi çok isterim ama ilk girdiğimiz gün kokan yatak beni çok üzdü. Herşey için teşekkürler Dani.

April 2025A great little, good value place to stay, particularly if you are 2 singles or couples. Just a short drive to town. The staff were amazing and very helpful. There was a bit of construction going on next door and a bit more hot water for the bath would have been great but overall we had a lovely stay, thank you!
